Do you accept returns?

Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products as long as they meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. In most cases, you do not need to return defective items — we replace them free of charge. The same applies to incorrectly delivered items.
You are only responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective products — meaning items you no longer want for personal reasons.
