- Order processing time: 1–2 days, processed Monday–Friday
- Transit time: 2–9 days, shipped Monday–Friday
- Shipping cost: Free shipping
Order Cancellation
Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Please send us an email if you decide to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be generated, which you can use to track your order on this page. Please provide an accurate email address if you wish to receive tracking updates. You do not need to create an account, but having one makes tracking easier.
Order Cannot Be Tracked:
If you experience issues with your tracking number or delivery, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us. Please allow 1–3 days for your tracking information to update. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time if needed.
