Return & Refund Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or you received the wrong item). Please contact us at info@sophiabaruch.com for a return address.
Return Conditions
- All items must be returned in their original selling condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all tags still attached.
- All items must be returned with the original packaging.
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items
To return damaged or incorrect items, please follow these steps:
(1) Contact our customer service team by email at info@sophiabaruch.com.
(2) Provide a photo along with a description of the damaged or incorrect item and the order number associated with that item.
Once we receive your email and assess the issue, we will contact you to determine the best solution. Please note that all damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
If the size is not right or you would like to change the color, you may return the item. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging or have the original store tag attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
We recommend that you inspect all packaging and items upon receipt. If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced, and the customer will not be charged for return shipping.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your payment provider or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
No, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the current item yourself and place a new order. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs if the item is not defective.
